Thomas Melvin Mack III, 59, of Scio, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and deep community impact.
Tom was a devoted husband to Jodi Lynn Mack, loving father to Thomas "TJ" Melvin Mack IV (wife Savannah Re Mack) and Erika Elaine Mack, and proud grandfather to Gianna Elaine Mack, who lit up his world. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Melvin Mack II, his mother Rose Etta Cerett Kozak, and infant brothers Steven Mack and Kenneth Mack.
Before building a life in Scio, Tom proudly served in the United States Navy for six years, where he carried the same loyalty, grit, and commitment that would define the rest of his life.
Tom owned and operated a thriving small business, Scio Tire, where he proudly served his community with honest, hard work-changing tires, fixing brakes, and making sure everyone who walked through his door left taken care of.
